For small group leaders

You get to build the group people can't wait to walk into.

Real belonging. Real growth. A room where people show up as themselves and leave a little more known. That is what a thriving group feels like, and you are the one who gets to build it. You do not have to have it all figured out to start. You just need someone in your corner while you do.

A small group sitting together in conversation

I've led groups myself, and I coach other leaders who are building the same thing: a place where people belong. I'm not here to hand you a curriculum. I'm here to help you turn your group into something people genuinely look forward to.

This is coaching, not mentoring

A mentor hands you advice from their own experience. A coach helps you find your own answers, through the right questions at the right time. You already know your group better than anyone. My job is to help you access what you know and turn it into a clear next step.

Most people assume coaching is only for when something's wrong. In practice, most leaders come to build on what's already working, not just to fix what isn't.

A mentor
Gives you their answers
A coach
Helps you find your own

Picture your group six months from now.

People show up early because they want to, not because they feel like they should. Conversations go deeper than the weather and the week. Someone admits they're struggling, and people lean in instead of looking away. New members stop feeling new within a few weeks, because your group has a way of pulling people in.

People are learning together. Growing together. Quietly becoming the kind of people who show up for each other when life gets hard. That is not a lucky group. That is a led group. And you are the one who gets to lead it.

What turns a good group into one people can't imagine missing

Research on group dynamics, including Priya Parker's work on gathering, points to a few things that make the biggest difference:

A purpose so clear, everyone knows exactly why they're there
Real conversation, including the honest, sometimes messy kind
A leader who steers the room with warmth and confidence
A simple, welcoming way for new people to find their place
Every participant contributing and giving in meaningful ways, not just showing up

What we work on together

Giving your group a purpose people can feel
Leading conversations that actually go somewhere
Growing into the kind of leader people trust
Welcoming new people so they belong fast
Brainstorming your own ideas for the specific issues you're facing
Staying full yourself, so you can keep pouring into others

A Single Session

One focused conversation about a specific challenge you're facing right now. A conflict in the group, a decision you're stuck on, one thing you need help thinking through.

An Ongoing Package

Several sessions to build a real vision for your group, unpack more than one challenge, or simply have a confidential person to think out loud with over time.

Both start the same way. Sign up below, and we'll be in touch to find a time that works.
